This service targets all financial co-operatives. All affiliated and Affinity members of the CGA as part of their annual contribution benefit from this service. The fincoop is required to upload its financial data on the secured Fincoop Support Platform (FCSP) every month. CGA periodically typically every quarter analyse the data of the fincoop and check the performance, regulatory, legal and compliance indicators and advise the fincoop board and management in a form of a report.

This service targets all financial co-operatives in Ghana and by extension Africa. As part of their benefits from annual contributions, all affiliated and affinity members of the CGA would enjoy this service. To make this a reality, the Fincoop shall be required to upload its financial data on the secured Fincoop Support Platform (FCSP) every month. Within short notice, the CGA will analyze the data of the Fincoop to assess its performance based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The regularity of this analyses and assessment would be monthly, quarterly or half yearly, depending on the level of growth, attainment and sustainability of a Fincoop. These services would be routine, but there would also be a Rapid Response Service (RRS) on demand for special needs of Fincoops. Specifically, the CGA will place emphasis on regulation, legislation and compliance among other areas of performance. The CGA will present a formal report of Technical Support Services (TSS) to include processes and procedures, activities, findings and recommendations and advice to the board and management of the Fincoop

• Help the Fincoop to put in place a workable plan

• Operational safety and soundness would be assured

• There would be trust and confidence in the fincoop system

The Governance code rating and ranking is a primary service for financial co-operatives. We access the fincoops on the governance code and rate and rank them. A certificate is then issued by CGA to the fincoop and the also publish on the website of CGA. Fincoops with low governance level would be helped to come. This service is available to all fully owned and Affinity members.
